Refund Policy – Winter Playlist 2026: Live @ Red All ticket sales for Winter Playlist 2026 are final. No Refunds Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled in full by the organiser. Event Postponement If the event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, refund requests may be considered at the organiser’s discretion. Line-up Changes The advertised line-up is subject to change without notice. Changes to performers, hosts, or set times do not qualify for refunds. Duplicate Purchases Refunds for accidental duplicate purchases may be considered if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the event date. Transfer of Tickets Tickets may be transferred to another person in accordance with the ticketing platform’s transfer policies, where applicable.
